Toronto Fog

I love taking landscape photos.  So sometimes I find it hard to be inspired to take photos living downtown in a major city.  I mean, occasionally I’ll go to a market or walk around and find interesting architecture or people to take photos of, but my street photography skills are still in their infancy.

But every once and awhile a strange weather phenomenon  rolls in and changes everything.  That quiet pretty street can turn into a dark and mysterious terrifying place.  I find fog to be the most dramatic weather event to affect the city streets to change atmosphere.  I hope we get some more fog here soon so I can get out and shoot some more photos.
I like to shoot my fog photos in Black and White for the most part, to give them more drama between the contrasts of fog and everything else.
